  I can't believe they got planning permission for a mosque with NO parking spaces! Their website says there is 'ample parking' in surrounding streets - no there isn't, there are a few narrow streets with vastly insufficient parking for the people who live there, never mind for mosque visitors. Take a look at the roads around the mosque during Friday prayers - visitors park over driveways, on dangerous corners, leave no spaces for locals to get to their homes and cause total mayhem. They park on the opposite side of Weelsby Road, Legsby Ave, Portland Place, Weelsby Grove etc, then risk their lives trying to cross Weelsby Road on foot. You need to organise a park and ride if you genuinely care about the local community as you claim to!!

  The mosque a Jamia Mosque and is situated on the crossing of Legsby Avenue and the Weelsby Road, it is the corner building as can be seen in the satellite view. The entrance is on the Legsby Avenue.There is a lot of off-street parking available in the adjacent streets. There is a sport room and an Islamic learning facility for the children as well.
